We work in close partnership with you to develop a strong employee relations climate within your organisation to optimise the performance of your people and minimise the risk of staffing issues damaging your business. In addition, provided that you chose to follow our HR best practice advice then legal defence costs and awards arising from an employment tribunal or discrimination claim will be covered (subject to insurance policy terms and conditions and status).

For a small monthly fee your business could benefit from the following:

A dedicated Senior HR Manager will be allocated to your business. We believe it is essential that your company has direct access to someone who knows both you and your business so that the advice provided is specific to your needs.

Unlimited email and telephone access to your HR manager to discuss issues, obtain advice, or bounce ideas on any HR related subject.

A regular onsite meeting with you to discuss HR issues affecting your business

Training for relevant Team Leaders / Line Managers to enable us to build relationships with the right people from the start of the contract and to help implement organisational change

one hour HR clinic for employees and / or Line Managers who need advice or guidance about any HR related matter

An annual HR health check (review of policies, processes, procedures to ensure legal compliance)

Updates and guidance on current and new legislation and HR best practice relevant to your business as and when required
